Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a martial art that brings many benefits to the practitioner. Not only are their physical rewards, but there are also mental rewards as the martial art helps to relieve stress and promote a positive attitude.

​GF Team's programs were developed through many years of teaching experience. We offers progressive learning with a focus on technical, yet fundamental system. All programs can be individualized per the students needs.
