Private Training

Williams MMA offers customized private training for students. After discussing goals, head instructor Corey Williams creates a unique training plan to get students where they want to be. There are three main categories of private training. 

1) Supplemental training: this training is used to enhance lessons the student is already getting in regular weekly class. 

2) Focused training: this training is used to focus on specific aspects within mixed martial arts. For example, this can be for preparation for competition, development of self-defense techniques, or to learn traditional styles, like Kenpo-Karate.

​3) Fitness training: this training helps students reach their fitness goals by using MMA inspired training techniques.
